Based on digital simulation technology, the dynamic characteristics of a NC machine tool column are studied, including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. Then the response surface of design parameters and indicators is obtained based on the experimental design. Finally, the optimal design is obtained by using genetic algorithm based on response surface.
