Under the context of globalization, communications between countries and cultures are becoming increasingly frequent, which make it imperative to use some techniques to help translation. This paper is to explore the requirements of computer-aided translation software during the translation practice, optimize the design of computer-aided translation software, and carry out a research on its operability in translation.
