Materials are the basis for human survival and development. New materials such as metal materials, nanomaterials, energy materials, magnetic materials, polymer materials and biomedical materials are the cornerstone and pioneer of the development of high-tech industries. They play an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy. Thanks to the special properties of nanomaterials, scientists have made breakthroughs in various fields of study, which has also contributed to the increasing widespread application of nanomaterials. Nanomaterials are widely applied in the production of special performance materials, biomedical aspects, nano-biocomputer development, as well as in sea water purification, aerospace, environmental energy, microelectronics, etc. 7th International Conference on Nanomaterials and Materials Engineering was held successfully in Sichuan University at Chengdu, China during October 25-27, 2019. It is mainly organised by International Academy of Computing Technology (IACT) and hosted by Sichuan University and Panzhihua University. The proceedings of ICNME2019 includes accepted papers which have been submitted to the conference from universities, research institutes and industries. The acceptance of these papers is based on their quality and their relevance to the conference. The proceedings disseminate, to readers, the latest advances in the broad fields of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology, Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering, Ceramic and Glass Materials, Computational Material Science, Coupling of Multiple Ferroic Order Parameters, etc.
