An approach has been proposed to determine the area of change in the parameters of the controlled plant by the example of a system with PID controller. The search for ranges of parameter changes is based on the solution of the nonlinear programming problem, which is obtained as a conclusion of V.L. Kharitonov’s theorem on the robust stability of linear systems.
