The article presents the results of experimental studies of strength and adhesive characteristics for coatings that protect the foundations in rammed foundation pits against aggressive groundwater or industrial water and increase the resistance of such foundations against frost heaving. The studies were carried out on model foundations in rammed foundation pits with different compositions of protective coatings.
