Preface/introduction CCCIS 2019, the 2019 International Conference on Cloud Computing and Information Science was held in Shenyang, China from December 27th to 29th, 2019. The goal of CCCIS 2019 is to provide a platform for cloud computing and information science and industry professionals to showcase their research results and development activities in cloud computing and information science.
