The research on the standard sample system for food safety testing is mainly to solve the problems of forward-looking, systematic and scientific in the development of food safety testing standard sample system. This research work combines the necessity of research and the analysis of the current research situation, classifies and constructs the standard samples in the food safety testing standard sample system, establishes the food safety testing standard sample system, and compiles the corresponding system table and system management. Besides we also give some suggestions on how to promote the improvement and improvement of the system, such as factors and technical requirements.
