In this paper, four typical austenitic heat-resistant steels (TP304H steel, TP347H steel, Super304H steel and HR3C steel) are taken as examples to review the research progress of high-temperature oxidation of austenitic stainless steel for ultra-supercritical unit boilers, and the mechanism and protective measures of high-temperature oxidation of austenitic stainless steel are discussed, so as to provide references for material improvement and safe use of unit boilers.
