The paper considers the solution of the interdisciplinary fundamental scientific problem of ensuring the reliability and high throughput of information exchange channels (IEX) between unmanned vehicles (UMV) located in different environments and dispatch centers (DC) of the “smart city”. The solution of the management problem of providing a reliable and high-bandwidth IEX between UMV and DC in different environments requires the development of an intelligent decision support system to select the level of encryption of information transmitted over open communication channels, under conditions of uncertainty.
