Preface

We are proud to announce that the International Conference on Optics in Materials, Energy, and Technologies, 2019 (ICOMET-2019) will be held in National Cheng Kung, Tainan, Taiwan from June 24 to 28, 2019. Since its first conference in2015, this is the 4th one in the row. This conference brings together international leading experts, top scientists, young researchers, and students working about materials in Micro/Nano optics, Materials, Energy, and Technologies. The ICOMET is a full-English conference. All the oral presentations are by invitation only and poster presentations are open for submissions. We would like to express our gratitude to all the invited speakers, the poster presenters, and attendees for your participation and involvement. The conference will not only provide a venue for in-depth scientific discussion but also an opportunity for finding potential new research partners, new forms of scientific collaborations, and also possible joint funding applications. Last but not the least, this conference is organized by “Light : Science and Applications” (LSA) Journal. ICOMET-2019 conference serves as a great opportunity to establish collaborations and exchange ideas with colleagues in in Micro/Nano optics, Materials, Energy, and Technologies all over the world.
