In this paper, the model based technical requirements of MBPP system Implementation plan is put forward by the application requirement analysis of MBD technology in aircraft development process. Then it is described for the application target, application architecture, implementation process and the main business functions of MBPP system. Based on the application example, the application process of the system is also introduces in the development process of certain aircraft, which has some reference value for the development and application of 3D CAPP based on model.
