Supermartensitic stainless steel usually used in the oil, gas and hydropower industries. In order to optimize the process of manufacturing of workpieces from these steels, damage accumulation was investigated in supermartensitic stainless steel during plastic deformation. In the present paper dependence of damage on plastic strain, grain size and strain rate is presented based on experimental data for 03Cr13Ni4Mo steel. Also the modeling method of damage calculation due to critical pore accumulation is proposed.
