The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research to improve the accuracy of machining of complex shapes on CNC machines. The proposed monitoring system improves the quality of operation of technological systems as a whole. A new analytical method for assessing the quality of products obtained on CNC machines is given. Monitoring consists of: evaluation of the accuracy and rigidity of the technological system of the machine; monitoring the state of the machine based on the analysis of technological accuracy of processing; control of accuracy of processing by adjusting the program for the CNC system and changing the processing modes.
