This work is devoted to the assessment of the state of the air environment of the city - the surface layer of the atmosphere in which the most intense processes associated with the arrival of harmful substances occur. In complex processes of interaction of a large number of factors that determine the air quality at a particular time, the most important are the characteristics of emissions of harmful substances from sources of air pollution, as well as weather conditions affecting the spread of impurities. This study attempts to assess the role of air pollution from vehicles in Nalchik.
