The article examines the cause-effect relationship of sustainable development and the formation of urban ecosystems on the principles of a circular economy using green technologies. For the purpose of the study, problems of organizing eco-city and eco-city management systems based on the cloud-based sharing platforms were selected. Particular attention was paid to exploring the possibilities of municipal government in the comprehensive Internet aspect.
