The transport infrastructure in the modern world is one of the most important infrastructures ensuring the life of regions and cities. Recently, in large cities, the possibilities of expanding transport networks have been exhausted. In this regard, special attention is paid to improving road safety, improving traffic management, optimal network planning and streamlining public transport routes. Solving these issues with minimal cost is possible with the help of traffic flow modeling [9].
