The article provides an analysis of the accidents and emergencies causes, collapses during the buildings and structures construction, as well as the ongoing surveys results to identify the most common mistakes that developers make. This type of situation occurred on the Rostov region territory from 2001 to 2014, which is based on data from the buildings and structures technical survey.
