This article discusses a comparative analysis of the building design results when calculating the final draft and taking into account the soil consolidation over time. The bases uneven effect deformations assessment was made on the elements’ stress state of the frame buildings erected under difficult ground conditions, which causes a rational stiffness diaphragms arrangement and the expansion joints in order to evenly distribute the efforts when choosing a space-planning solution.
