Based on the survey results of 168 miners from a state - owned coal mine, the impact of leadership style on employee safety performance was analyzed. Pearson correlation and regression analysis results show that leadership style has a significant impact on miners’ safety performance. Person-oriented leadership style and management safety commitment have significant roles both on accidents and injuries.
