This study aims to improve the clean energy utilization in the system of multi-source joint power dispatching and control. This paper constructs a joint optimization dispatching model of complementary power generation. Taking the minimum power generation cost as the objective function and adding clean energy penalty items to the objective function so as to achieve the goal of improving clean energy utilization. At the same time, based on the basic cuckoo algorithm, an improved cuckoo algorithm with chaotic perturbation is proposed to solve this model. Finally, the dispatching model is validated by multi-source joint dispatching system. Dispatching test results show that the method proposed in this paper provides better overall performance than traditional joint dispatching method.
