The software ProCAST which is based the Finite Elements Method is used to simulate the process of TiAl casting. Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb alloys will be used in the casting. As a result, we have known the characteristic of the alloys, flowage and solidification, and we also have forecast the quantity and distributing of defect in the casting.
