To assess the bearing capacity of a bridge, this paper modified the structural resistance and load effect in the limit state equation by using the checking coefficient of bearing capacity, deterioration coefficient of bearing capacity and section reduction coefficient. Additionally, the paper compared the bearing capacity of the decision structure or the element and provided reference for evaluation and analysis of similar beam bridges.
