Microstructure and hardness Analysis of 2A14 Aluminium Alloy Join by pulsed electron beam welding. Study on microstructure appearance and hardness analysis of 2A14 Aluminium Alloy Join by Pulsed Electron Beam Welding was carried out. The results show that the micro-structure of the weld zone was fine equaxied grains and the pulsed electron beam changed crystal morphology. The HAZ was the weakest hardness area of the the joint.
