The idea of writing this paper originated from a case study on the smart toilet room Smart Building UNIKOM where there was a shortage in the PIR sensor, the sensor was blocked by objects (walls). The purpose of this study is to cover up the weakness, the author tries to combine with the image motion sensor on the CCTV system as an addition that can provide input commands for the PIR sensor to delay the termination of the power source in the smart toilet room. The method used is by exploring existing literature and related research. From the search results, there has been no possibility of merging using only these two devices. Technical experiments are still needed on devices that might be used such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino or others.
