Modern systems and subsystems of management are characterized by complexity of structure and increasing interlacing between its elements that demands knowledge of specific dynamic properties, both all system, and each subsystem, their behavior in space of a national economy. The paper presents the definition of boundaries for the preservation of dynamic stability, as well as the methodological basis for the development of methods for maintaining the trajectories of sustainable development of logistics management systems in the field of investment and construction activities.
