The XXVIII annual Russian-Polish-Slovak seminar “Theoretical Foundation of Civil Engineering” is organized this year by the Faculty of Civil Engineering of University of Žilina and scheduled to take place through 9-13 September 2019. The popularity of Russian-Polish-Slovak (RPS) seminar has grown from year to year, thanks to a higher amount of participants, not only from core members’ universities, which are: - Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU); - Warsaw University of Technology (WUT); - University of Žilina (UNIZA); - Wroclaw University of Technology (WrUT); - Don State Technical University (DSTU); - Samara State Technical University (SamSTU), but also from cooperating institutes and universities abroad.
