Energy saving effect in heating systems of industrial buildings without 24-hour supervision is reached using the automatic heat management systems. Our paper offers a specific scheme for the automation of a local heat supply station (LHS) with an autonomous heat accumulator and a dual-circuit coolant circuit. The proposed technical solutions can only be effective if the compliance of the thermal resistance of the external enclosing structures of the building to the established requirements is observed.
