This paper presents the developed parametric 3D model of disk heating. The numerical results reflect the change in the temperature profile of the heated pattern depending on the current value, current frequency, air gap size, workpiece thickness, workpiece diameter, heating time, number of inductor turns used and geometrical position elements of the systems “inductor - disk”. The results can be used for parametric studies and setting up the operation mode of installations for various sizes of disks.
