In order to study the different effects of amplitude, vibration frequency, mixing linear velocity and mixing time on the rheological properties of C60 high-performance concrete, the orthogonal test study was carried out. Through the method of range and variance analysis to analyse the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the fresh concrete, the main order of the influence of various factors on the rheological properties of the fresh concrete was the amplitudeₒmixing timeₒmixing linear velocity ₒ vibration frequency. The influence of various factors on the rheological properties of concrete and its influencing mechanism were analyzed by test data. The results show that the application of vibration during the mixing process can significantly improve the fluidity of fresh concrete.
