The report examines the reasons for turning business models into digital ones and reveals their nature and technological trends. The authors try to point out what are the first concrete steps in the company practice for digital transformation of business models. Based on our own research, the level of digital maturity of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Bulgaria.
