Annotation During operation of industrial centrifugal pumps, the main factor affecting its performance is viscosity, which can change its value during operation of the pump unit. In most cases, the main cause of such changes is a change in the environmental conditions or an increase in the temperature of the unit during operation. This paper explores the possibility of using computer simulation to calculate a centrifugal pump at various viscosities of the working fluid. The results obtained are compared with data from the American Hydraulic Institute.
