The dependences between the parameters of non-through normal cracks in the wall “perpendicular plates” panel method were established. The residual carrying capacity of the panel and the size of the pre-fracture zone at the crack tip were determined. The dependences obtained and the proposed method for calculating wall panels constitute a scientific novelty.
