Aerospace products need to simulate the complicated working conditions through dynamic simulation analysis to ensure the high reliability of product design. In this paper, the equivalent modeling method of honeycomb sandwich plate based on finite element analysis is studied, and the mechanical characteristic parameters of honeycomb core structure are obtained. At the same time, the composite components of satellite solar cell array are modeled and simulated. The modal analysis and frequency response analysis are carried out to provide an important basis for the design and improvement of the structure.
