In-line Sagnac fiber optical current transformer is a new kind of all fiber current sensors. By using the Jones Matrices formalism, the polarization errors of the FOT is studied. By using the Jones Matrices formalism, the expression of the main optical parts of the FOT are built, and the the expression of interference is got. The precision which is affected by the parameters of the main optical parts is analyzed.
