By analyzing the working principle of magnetic gear in the axial magnetic field, the design method of the active wheel and the driven wheel structure of the magnetic gear reducer in axial magnetic field is proposed. The influence of the magnetic tooth thickness on the transmission performance for the axial magnetic field coupled magnetic gear is theoretically explained. The gear reducer permanent magnet adopts a block structure, and the tooth increase coefficient is obtained by establishing a mathematical model. The finite element simulation analysis method is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design method, and the data is analyzed by the experimental method to verify the correctness of the simulation method
