The current state of the mechanical engineering complex of Russia requires the application of new industry process management technologies. In this regard, we consider the technologies of the logistic approach associated with reducing the costs distribution in material resource flow management. One of these technologies is applying of logistics outsourcing system into the external logistics system of mechanical engineering enterprises.
