Logistical problems are not only on human resource competencies, but are very influential on the available infrastructure that must be used by human resources. This problem often occurs inaccurate time in handling and distributing consumer requests such as problems in the demand process, problems in negotiations and purchases, delivery problems, problems in the process of receiving and storing goods. The purpose of tehe research is how the relationhip competence of human resources with infrastructure toward the performance of logistics. Data processing based on Structural Equesion Model.
