Each company at a given moment must choose and decide on a required device from among the alternatives available in the market, which have distinct advantages and disadvantages to each other, such as the selection of Ultrasound as a medical device by a medical service unit. Selection can be done by using the “Fuzzy Analytic Network Process” and the “Complex Proportional Assessment” (COPRAS) method. Fuzzy ANP is used to determine the selection criteria with the highest weight, and then COPRAS is used to determine the best ultrasound sequence based on selection criteria obtained by Fuzzy ANP. The use of fuzzy ANP can give five criteria with the highest weight, and COPRAS shows the best among the five ultrasound alternatives.
