Thin epitaxial films of garnet ferrite were studied using impedance spectroscopy. The influence of the magnetic field on the transport characteristics was investigated on the basis of the current-voltage characteristic characteristics (I-V) measured without a field and in a magnetic field H = 12 kOe. An increase in resistance in bismuth ferrite garnet was detected in a magnetic field at a temperature above room temperature.
