The paper presents the results of tribological tests of thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU), UHMWPE, polypropylene and rubber based on nitrile butadiene rubber (BNR) on fixed silicon carbide and free abrasive. The influence of pressure and sliding speed on the coefficients of friction is shown. For PP2015 polypropylene, the coefficient of friction and mass loss were 0.3-0.35 and 0.003 g, which is 4-10 times lower than for BNR.
