Peer review declaration

All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. ● Type of peer review: Single-blind ( We had a two-level review system: first, the members of Program Committee reviewed papers by the relevance to the conference topics and paper format requirements; the second review process involved independent reviewers who evaluated papers according to the following criteria as the relevance of study, scientific quality, references adequacy, paper structure, etc., then papers were also checked by English-speaking persons) ● Conference submission management system: the papers were submitted via conference website ● Number of submissions received: 81 ● Number of submissions sent for review: 76 ● Number of submissions accepted: 37 ● Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 48% ● Average number of reviews per paper: 2 ● Total number of reviewers involved: 6 ● Any additional info on review process: Firstly, Members of Program Committee (Editors) reviewed all submitted papers by the relevance to the conference topics and paper standard requirements. They also check submissions for plagiarism and duplicates. The manuscripts submitted should meet the followings criteria: - Papers should be written in English; - Papers should be formatted according to the journal’s template; - Scientific merit and data quality; - Good quality of graphic images; - Structure of the article should be appropriate and clear. Secondly, papers were reviewed by experts in relevant fields of science. They gave comments to the papers and sent them to Editors.
