Sunlight is readily available. We have heard of improvement in solar-powered vehicles and also Electric vehicles, but this project is aimed at combining the two sources, but the main focus was on the fabrication of the static body. The research work was based on the construction of the static body of the shuttle using mild steel as the primary material; the parts were a fabrication and welded together by the process of oxy-acetylene welding while other elements like seats etc. arc welding was used. Other procedures were the mechanical calculation such as weight consideration, steering correction angle and wheel alignment, the braking system, and general vehicle safety for the determination of the fabrication of the static body. The result obtained in the process is a static body of a shuttle that can be powered by either a combustion engine or an electric engine.
