Physics is fundamentally formed from scientific processes that take place continuously and sustainable through experimental stages known as the scientific method. The scientific method will give a positive meaning if the Instructional Physics can be applied in learning through online games to improve 21st-century careers. This study aims to Development of Open Online Physics Instructional Games (GOOPI) for improving 21st Century Careers. The research method used was ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The results showed that Development of Open Online Physics Instructional Games for improving 21st Century Careers.
