The article is devoted to the regulation of heat energy consumption by heating and ventilation systems, as well as to the design features of agricultural buildings. Approaches to the regulation of heat energy consumption and compliance with the standards of specific heat consumption of agricultural buildings with civil standards for the cold climate zone of the Russian Federation are given.
