When modeling human heat exchange, a mathematical description of the processes of generation, heat distribution in the body, and heat transfer to the environment has been proposed. A numerical implementation of the model has been obtained. The solutions have been verified with experimental data in comfortable conditions. It has been established that the model can be used in solving the problem of ensuring the thermal comfort of a person when designing residential and public spaces.
