The article is aimed at revealing the essence of the application of multicriteria decision-making methods regarding the process of organizing construction activities. A review of multicriteria decision-making methods is presented. Criteria for optimal choice of a calendar plan are described as the main document in the design and implementation of the construction process. Using the initial construction schedule as an example, alternative options are proposed and multicriteria decision-making methods are calculated to select the best one, based on the given criteria and situation.
