The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ICAIML 2020) was held at the Jaipur, Rajasthan, India September 04-05, 2020. Due to the evolving public health concerns and travel advisories issued for the avoidance of non-essential travel in view of COVID-19, the conference ICAIML-2020 has been conducted online on virtual platform as participants could not attend the conference in person. The conference was inaugurated by lighting of lamp and Sarasvati Vandana in virtual presence of Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Jemal Hussein Deakin University, Austrailia, Prof. (Dr.) Guandong Xu, Australia, Dr. Celestine Iwendi, Nigeria, Prof. (Dr.) Ghanshyam Singh, Johannesburg, South Africa, Dr. Aditya Singh, Organizing Secretary and Chair, Dr. Pallavi Singh, Conference Chair and Delegates. Keynote speakers of the conference were: 1. Prof. (Dr.) Guandong Xu, Australia, 2. Prof. (Dr.) Ghanshyam Singh, South Africa, 3. Dr. Nikhil Marriwala, India, 4. Dr. Celestine Iwendi, Nigeria, 5. Dr. Marzieh Khakifirooz, Mexico 6. Prof. (Dr.) Jemal Hussein, Australia Session Chairs, 1. Dr. Ramesh Kumar, Govt. Engineering College, Ajmer 2. Dr. Anshuman Kalla, Manipal University 3. Dr. Anshu Gautam, Manav Rachna Univ. The all tracks of the conference have received 113 papers out of them 68 papers have been shortlisted for presentation. However, only 21 papers have been presented and then selected for publication. There were more than 80 educationists, researchers and students from the country and abroad participated and presented the papers in 4 presentation session tracks during two days. All materials were reviewed by the editors: Dr. Aditya Singh, Professor, Department of ECE, Arya College of Engineering & I.T., Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and Dr. Pallavi Singh, Assistant Professor, School of Allied & Health Sciences, Jaipur National University, Jaipur Rajasthan, India. The conference consisted of plenary presentations for 45 minutes and presentation tracks for 180 minutes. There were 21 paper presentation, 05 oral reports and 05 posters in total. Each presentation has provided extra 5 minutes for questions and answer round. The main objective of the conference is to promote the new findings and research-based outcomes through the techniques, advancement, applications and development of Artificial Intelligence and use of Machine Learning. The series of ICAIML aims to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners to present the latest achievements and innovations in the interdisciplinary areas of Advanced Computing and Applied Informatics to discuss thought-provoking developments and challenges, in order to select potential future directions. The major objective of the conference is to encourage the participation of young researchers carrying research in the field relating to soft computing in India and abroad. We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported ICAIML 2020. The help and contribution of each individual and institution make this conference a great success. In particular, we would like to appreciate the advisory and technical program committee for its valuable inputs and role. We sincerely hope that the ICAIML 2020 proceeding will serve as an important catalyst and research source of references, knowledge and will be useful to readers for their own research work and promoting collaborative research.
