Against the background of Industry 4.0, more and more attention have been paid to reliability of the product. However, in current researches on the reliability assurance of the product, most of the researches focus on the product itself and ignore that the manufacturing enterprise is the executor of the product’s reliability assurance, it is necessary to understand the current situation of enterprises’ organizational reliability capability (ORC). Therefore, this paper establishes the decomposition model of the ORC to understand its composition and the evaluation indicators system is established, then the principal components analysis of indicators are conducted to simplify the indicators system, lays a foundation for the subsequent work such as improvement of the ORC or establishment of the expert system.
