The results of studies on the mechanical behavior of a Ti-6Al-4V laminated material obtained by diffusion welding are analyzed. It is shown that the impact behavior of the layered material depends on many factors including the interface defects, the orientation of the notch tip relative to interface, the number and microstructural state of the layers and their crystallographic texture.
