The purpose of making a web-based payment and ordering system is for tenants in the canteen to be able to access payment and ordering system simply through communication equipment, so that tenants can minimize calculation errors in the payment or ordering process. The data collection method used in this study is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model. The result of the testing of this system shows that the web-based payment and ordering system is easy to use and is ready to be implemented. We conclude that a web-based payment and ordering system makes payment and ordering process in the canteen easy for tenants and customers alike.
